Beauregard
was my first Schnauzer. Beau and I shared a one-bedroom apartment on the
8th floor of a high-rise in downtown Montréal. I wanted a dog with
a square face - a "Scottie". Instead I received as a gift from an old friend,
a Schnauzer. What a lucky day for me. If you want a loyal, friendly, warm,
tolerant pal, this is the dog for you - always playful and adaptable. Beau
lived for 17 years.
I brought Beau
with me to the U.S. when I married in 1981. Beauregard became a trusted
companion to our son Michael. |
